TERMS OF SERVICE

MoodBlobs is a product and content brand owned and operated by Brand Rebel Media, a U.S.-based creative company. Our characters were originally drawn by Liana Narodetsky (age 11) and developed into plush and squishy products for kids and collectors. "We," "us," and "MoodBlobs" refer to Brand Rebel Media and its affiliates.

We also operate official MoodBlobs accounts on social platforms (including TikTok and Instagram) and publish our content to them using each platform's official developer tools, in compliance with the TikTok Developer Terms and Meta Platform Terms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service.

Age

MoodBlobs is designed to be family-friendly. If you're under 13, you need a parent or legal guardian to set up your account, opt in to emails, and complete any signups on your behalf. If you're 13 or older, you can use the site on your own.

Geography

The site is operated from the United States. You're welcome to vote and browse from anywhere in the world, but products may only ship to addresses we explicitly support at the time of purchase.

Votes shape which MoodBlobs characters we manufacture first. We reserve the right to:

• Filter out duplicate, bot, or automated voting activity.
• Adjust totals if we detect fraud, abuse, or technical errors.
• Use anonymous, aggregated vote data publicly (e.g., "Dizzi got 28% of the vote").
• End any voting period at our discretion and announce the winners.

Vote outcomes are advisory. We try hard to honor what the community picks but reserve final say on which products we manufacture, when, and in what quantities.

When you sign up for our mailing list, we may offer a free sticker book and/or an early-access discount code. The offer is:

• Limited to one per household.
• Non-transferable and has no cash value.
• Subject to availability — we can substitute equivalent items or withdraw the offer if supplies run out.
• Discount codes apply only to a single qualifying purchase on a future MoodBlobs drop and may exclude shipping, taxes, or specific products.

All MoodBlobs characters, names, artwork, the "MoodBlobs" trademark and logo, plush/squishy designs, and site content are the property of Brand Rebel Media. The original character drawings are by Liana Narodetsky and used under license.

You may share screenshots of MoodBlobs content on personal social media for non-commercial purposes (and we'd love it if you tagged @moodblobs). You may NOT reproduce, sell, manufacture, or create derivative products without our written permission.

Don't:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to vote, scrape, or sign up.
• Impersonate someone else or sign up with someone else's email.
• Try to break, probe, or interfere with the site's normal operation.
• Use the site for anything illegal or to harass other community members.

The site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of predictions about which characters will be made, or specific ship dates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brand Rebel Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've actually paid us (which, if you've only been voting and signing up, is $0).

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice, if we believe in good faith that you have violated these terms or applicable law, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the site at any time. The clauses that should reasonably survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law — will continue to apply.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Brand Rebel Media, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the site; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right. This obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the site.

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To submit a DMCA notice, email dmca@moodblobs.comwith: (i) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (iii) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and a URL where it appears; (iv) your contact information; (v) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (vi) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Brand Rebel Media regarding the site and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, email registered users. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
